Impending Iraq Pullback?

The NY Times is reporting that the Bush administration, amid further Republican defections in congress and the President's tanking approval rating, may soon announce plans for an Iraq pullback strategy. The article quotes a senior administration official as stating, "When you count up the votes that we've lost and the votes we're likely to lose over the next few weeks, it looks pretty grim."
